Donation Terms

A donation does not give you ownership of, or any interest in, any property.
A donation is not an investment and earns no return.
A donation does not guarantee that a church will be acquired, restored or reopened.
Donations are subject to the campaign's published terms and to platform terms.
Whether a gift is tax-deductible depends on the recipient organization's status and your circumstances; we make no claim unless legally approved.
If an acquisition fails, designated gifts are returned, redirected with your consent, or moved to the General Rescue Fund, as recorded in the ledger.
